Mortgage Holidays Explained

I haven't seen these explained anywhere - so hope this helps a few people :-)

I believe they should be called Mortgage 'Extensions' which is what they really are! While we save 'cash' now, it will likely cost you a lot more than you think in the long run due to the impact of compound interest.
